Exclusive Caring Partners is proud to serve individuals in a welcoming home, right in the heart of the Gardner Park community. This established neighborhood is known for its peaceful atmosphere, tree-lined streets, and strong sense of community — providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

This 5-bedroom, 6-occupancy home is designed to support male individuals (18 or over) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We currently have two vacancies, with a third possible opening in late October or early November.

The home’s location offers both tranquility and convenience. Residents enjoy easy access to local parks, shopping, and healthcare services, while being just minutes from downtown Gastonia. Nearby recreational areas, including Martha Rivers Park and Crowders Mountain State Park, create opportunities for outdoor activities and connection with nature.
