Our Facilities

East Drive Residence

There are currently no vacancies at our IDD/MH Co-ed adult home in Gaston County Gastonia, N. This home is licensed by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation. 

• Individuals in our group homes have various intellectual and developmental disabilities including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, traumatic brain injury, and similar conditions.  
• Each of our residents receive regular instruction in independent living skills, such as personal care, shopping, cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, and accessing community services.  Residents who live in our group homes regularly participate in activities away from home, which include working, attending school or vocational training, volunteering, and participating in recreational activities. 

Our Staff

Staff providing supervision and training for our Group Homes, are First Aid and CPR certified, and trained to ensure the safety of the residents, and respect our residents’ rights in their respective home.

All of our staff provide specialized therapies, recreational and leisure activities, and training and assistance with social skills, personal health and hygiene.
